Dipo DC23 Counter Top Induction Cooker

Dipo DC23 Counter Top Induction Cooker

Designed and manufactured in South Korea, the Dipo DC23 is a 2300W countertop induction cooker built to handle the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Its patented circuit board is engineered to operate continuously for up to 12 hours, while a dynamic pan-sensing technology responds within approximately 0.5 seconds of a pan re-entering the magnetic field, allowing users to toss or flip contents much like cooking over gas with minimal heat loss.

The DC23 covers an exceptionally wide cooking range, from delicate low-temperature work such as tempering chocolate through to high-heat applications like searing steaks and stir-frying. Compatible with cookware between 130mm and 300mm in diameter, it runs on a standard 10A plug and features rear-vented air discharge requiring 100mm of clearance at the rear, making placement straightforward on any commercial bench.

Key Benefits

• Continuous 12-hour operation capability keeps up with high-volume service without interruption.
• Dynamic pan sensing with roughly 0.5-second reconnect response time lets cooks toss and flip ingredients without noticeable heat loss, mirroring the feel of gas cooking.
• 17 combined settings (7 simmer and 10 cook) deliver precise temperature control from gentle chocolate tempering to aggressive stir-frying.
• Automatic over-temperature shut-off protects both the unit and the operator during extended use.
• Standard 10A plug means no additional electrical infrastructure is required, supporting flexible placement and easy relocation.
• Portable countertop format enables adaptable kitchen layouts and convenient storage when not in use.
• NEG glass surface (manufactured in Japan) resists hard impact from heavy commercial cookware, extending service life.
• Large cleanable air-intake filter underneath simplifies routine maintenance and helps sustain efficient airflow.
• Smooth, minimal-profile exterior is quick to wipe down, reducing cleaning time between services.
