Cookrite AT80G9G-C-LPG 900 Mm Hotplate LPG

Cookrite AT80G9G-C-LPG 900mm Hotplate LPG Griddle

The Cookrite AT80G9G-C-LPG is a heavy-duty 900mm LPG flat plate griddle designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens, cafes and restaurants. Built on a seam-free 304 stainless steel frame, it features a 16mm thick smooth steel cooking surface spanning 900 x 650mm, delivering consistent, even heat across the entire plate for high-volume cooking of breakfasts, burgers, seafood and more.

Each of the three burners is independently controlled with a manual thermostat and fitted with piezoelectric ignition and a safety flame failure device, giving operators precise zone control and added peace of mind. The removable front drip tray, stainless steel splashback and corrosion-resistant surfaces make cleaning fast and straightforward, keeping turnaround times to a minimum during service.

Key Benefits

• Three independently controlled burner zones allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures, maximising cooking flexibility during busy service.
• The 16mm thick smooth steel griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and producing consistent results across the full 900 x 650mm cooking surface.
• Piezoelectric ignition on every burner means quick, reliable lighting without the need for a separate ignition source, reducing downtime at the start of service.
• Independent safety flame failure devices on each burner automatically cut gas supply if a flame is extinguished, protecting staff and complying with commercial kitchen safety requirements.
• Seam-free 304 stainless steel construction on the front, sides and legs resists corrosion and wipes down easily, supporting strict hygiene standards and fast kitchen cleanups.
• A removable front drip tray captures grease and food debris, simplifying end-of-service cleaning and reducing the risk of flare-ups.
• Four adjustable legs allow the unit to sit level on uneven benchtop surfaces, ensuring stable operation and an even cooking plate.
• A stainless steel splashback protects the wall or adjacent equipment from grease splatter, reducing overall kitchen cleaning effort.
• At 75 MJ/h total output across three burners, the griddle delivers the sustained heat output required for continuous high-volume cooking throughout a full service period.
