The Cookrite AT80G3G-F-NG is a freestanding natural gas griddle hotplate built for the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. With a 300mm wide, 16mm thick smooth steel cooking surface spanning 300 x 650mm, it delivers consistent, even heat ideal for cooking breakfasts, burgers, bacon, eggs and a wide variety of grilled items throughout a full service.

Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel with a heavy-duty frame, this unit is built for longevity and easy maintenance. Piezo ignition, independent burner controls, flame failure protection and a removable drip tray all contribute to safe, efficient and hygienic daily operation. The unit is also available in LPG configuration for venues where natural gas is not available.
