The Blue Seal GP516-CB is a 900mm wide gas griddle from the Evolution Series, built on a solid cabinet base for freestanding commercial kitchen use. Constructed with 304 stainless steel throughout and featuring a 20mm thick smooth mild steel griddle plate with top weld sealed construction, this unit delivers powerful, even heat across a generous 892mm x 530mm cooking surface — ideal for high-volume breakfast service, burgers, seafood and more.

Powered by an 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system with dual thermostat controls spanning 90–300°C and six burners, the GP516-CB offers precise temperature management across the full plate. The cabinet base includes a hinged door and optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit, supporting up to eight 65mm GN 1/1 trays, making it a highly practical and versatile centrepiece for any busy commercial kitchen. Available in Natural Gas or LPG.
