The Blue Seal G570 Evolution Series is a heavy-duty 900mm gas range combining a high-output target top with a full-size 2/1 GN gas static oven, purpose-built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it delivers consistent, reliable performance across continuous service periods, making it well suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens.
At its core is a 45MJ/hr dual-ring cast iron burner providing rapid heat and precise control over a 900mm x 625mm cooking surface, while the 30MJ oven burner with thermostatic control between 80 and 300°C handles roasting, baking and general oven cookery with even, stable heat. The burner box features a 50mm lining of refractory ceramic blocks for superior thermal efficiency, and the fully welded vitreous enamelled oven liner makes cleaning straightforward after every service.
