The refrigerated base houses two GN 1/1 drawers with 100mm deep pan capacity, keeping ingredients close at hand during service. The ventilated R134a refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of -2°C to +8°C and carries a Tropical Climate rating, making it reliable in demanding ambient conditions.
