The Blue Seal EP516-LS is a heavy-duty 900mm electric griddle mounted on a dedicated leg stand, forming part of the fully modular Evolution Series range. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it features a solid 20mm thick mild steel cooking plate with top weld sealed construction for maximum heat retention and even heat distribution across the 900 x 480mm cooking surface, with precise thermostatically controlled temperatures ranging from 90 to 300°C. Powered by 12kW heating elements on a 400-415V three-phase supply, the EP516-LS is engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens handling breakfasts, burgers, seafood and more.

The leg stand is built from 63mm diameter heavy-duty 304 stainless steel tube at 1.2mm wall thickness, configured with a pair of adjustable feet positioned at the front and a pair of rollers at the rear to allow easy repositioning while maintaining stability. A suite-matching undershelf and a 165mm splashback are included as standard, and the framed top design allows direct connection to adjacent Evolution Series units, making the EP516-LS a practical freestanding solution that integrates seamlessly across 450mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm suite configurations.
