The Blue Seal EP516-CB is a 900mm electric griddle from the Evolution Series, mounted on a fully enclosed cabinet base. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it features a 20mm thick smooth mild steel griddle plate delivering 12kW of heating power across a 900 x 480mm cooking surface, making it well suited to high-volume breakfast, burger and short-order cooking in busy commercial kitchens.
Designed for ease of use and straightforward maintenance, the EP516-CB includes a stainless steel grease drawer, top weld sealed plates, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, and thermostatically controlled temperature from 90 to 300°C.
