Bezzera MODADE3W MODA DE 3 Group Espresso Machine White

Bezzera MODA DE 3 Group Espresso Machine White (MODADE3W)

The Bezzera MODA DE 3 Group Espresso Machine in White (MODADE3W) is a professional-grade commercial espresso machine engineered for high-volume café and hospitality environments. Built around a generous 17-litre copper boiler with automatic level control, it delivers consistent extraction across all three groups simultaneously, making it well suited to busy service periods where quality and throughput cannot be compromised.

Constructed with an AISI 304 stainless steel body and fitted with top-quality internal components including a heavy-duty motor pump, the MODA DE presents a robust platform for daily commercial use. Its heat exchange system draws fresh water from a hydraulic circuit separated from the boiler for every shot, while thermostatic group control and a comprehensive double safety system ensure reliable, repeatable results cup after cup.

Key Benefits

• Three-group configuration handles simultaneous orders efficiently, supporting fast-paced service without compromising shot quality.
• Heat exchange technology brews each espresso with fresh water drawn from a circuit independent of the boiler, preserving clean, accurate flavour in every cup.
• Volumetric dosing controlled via the user-programmable control box ensures consistent shot volumes across all operators and shifts.
• Thermostatic group control using a dedicated 100W electrical resistance maintains stable group head temperature, reducing extraction variability.
• Tall-cup clearance of up to 13 cm accommodates takeaway cups, travel mugs, and oversized glassware without the need for removable drip trays.
• Large working areas and purpose-designed grids give baristas ample space to manoeuvre portafilters, cups, and milk jugs during busy service.
• Double safety system combining a high-temperature boiler cut-off thermostat and a hydraulic overpressure valve protects the machine and operators from thermal and pressure faults.
• AISI 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion and withstands the demanding conditions of a commercial kitchen environment.
• Automatic electronic boiler level control maintains optimal water volume without manual monitoring, reducing interruptions during service.
