Bezzera BZM80EB Eletronic Coffee Grinder

Bezzera BZM80EB Electronic Doserless Coffee Grinder

The Bezzera BZM80EB is an electronic doserless on-demand coffee grinder designed for precision espresso preparation in professional café and commercial kitchen environments. Without a traditional coffee dispenser, it grinds directly into the filter holder, allowing baristas to work quickly and efficiently while keeping grounds fresh. The grinder supports three independently adjustable doses controlled via a colour capacitive touchscreen and button panel, with dose quantities set through grinding time adjustment.

Built around a 63mm flat burr set and housed in an aluminium body, the BZM80EB delivers consistent particle size with a micrometric grind adjustment range of 0.01mm per degree, giving operators fine control over extraction. A 1kg bean hopper and a daily production capacity of approximately 3.5kg of coffee beans make it well suited to steady café service. Powered at 240V and rated at 420W, it combines compact dimensions with reliable output backed by a one-year parts warranty.
