The B&S K+ Single Hole Deluxe Waterless Wok Table UFWWK-1 is a commercial gas wok table engineered for high-output Asian cooking in professional kitchens. Built on a solid mild steel frame with AISI 304 stainless steel external panels and a 1.5mm pressed top deck, it delivers the structural rigidity and hygienic surface finish demanded by busy restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering operations. Measuring 600mm wide, the unit is freestanding on an integrated stand and is available with either a 24-jet chimney burner or an 18-jet duck bill burner, both rated for natural gas or LPG.
The waterless design eliminates the need for water deck cooling, reducing water consumption and lowering sewerage usage and waste discharge costs compared with traditional wok tables. A heavily insulated long-skirt unflued cast iron ring (340mm diameter) minimises radiant heat to the surrounding structure, while a front waste gutter and spillage tray make post-service cleaning straightforward. Flame failure devices are fitted as standard on both burner options, and lever-action gas controls allow precise flame regulation during peak service periods. The unit carries an 18-month parts and labour warranty.
