The UFWWD-3 is a commercial gas wok table engineered for high-output cooking in demanding restaurant, café, hotel, and catering environments. Measuring 1800mm wide and freestanding on an integrated stand, it accommodates three heavy-duty cast iron burner rings available in either Chimney or Duck Bill configuration, with flame failure protection fitted to every burner as standard. The unit accepts both natural gas and LPG through a 3/4" BSP connection and is constructed throughout from AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a 1.5mm thick pressed top and vitreous enamel components for a long, hard-wearing service life.
A standout engineering feature is the waterless deck cooling system, which positions an air gap between each cast iron ring and the cooking deck to keep exposed surface temperatures low and prevent buckling, removing any reliance on continuous water cooling beneath the deck. Pairing this approach with scheduled water delivery to the laundry arm rather than constant flow cuts overall water consumption and reduces both sewerage usage and waste discharge costs. A front waste gutter and spillage tray simplify end-of-service cleaning, while piezo ignition, lever action gas controls, and multi-setting gas valves give chefs precise, responsive control at every burner. A regulator is included, and the unit is covered by a 24-month parts and labour warranty.
