The Apuro FT694-A is a commercial bain-marie designed for reliable hot holding across busy cafes, canteens, buffets and carvery-style service operations. Built from easy-clean stainless steel, the unit uses a gentle wet heat water bath mechanism to keep soups, gravies, curries, vegetables and other liquid foods at a consistent and safe serving temperature without scorching or burning.

With a 21-litre capacity and a 1.2 kW heating element, this bain-marie heats up quickly and maintains temperature across a full 1/1 GN cavity, accepting containers up to 150 mm deep. A front-mounted drain tap simplifies emptying and end-of-service cleaning, and no technician is required for setup, meaning the unit is ready to use almost immediately from delivery. GN pans and divider bars are sold separately.
