The Apuro FT692-A is a wet heat bain marie designed for reliable hot holding in commercial kitchens, cafes, canteens and buffet service. Powered by a 1.2 kW heating element and offering a 21-litre water capacity, the unit gently and evenly maintains food at safe serving temperatures across a 30°C to 90°C range, making it well suited to soups, gravies, sauces and other liquid-based dishes.

The full GN 1/1 sized cavity accepts the four included Vogue GN pans and lids in a flexible 2 x GN 1/3 and 2 x GN 1/6 configuration, with pans up to 150 mm deep supported. A front-mounted drain tap simplifies end-of-service emptying and cleaning, while the boil-dry safety cut-off protects both food and internal components if the water level drops too low. The unit arrives ready to use straight from the box with no technician required for setup.
