The Anvil VRX1200S is a commercial refrigerated ingredient well designed for busy kitchens where fast access to cold ingredients is essential during service. Built from stainless steel inside and out, this 1200mm unit maintains safe temperatures even in ambient conditions up to 38°C, making it well suited to hot commercial kitchen environments.

The unit features a hinged stainless steel canopy lid that opens to a total height of 630mm, giving easy access to ingredients without interrupting workflow. A Dixell digital controller provides precise temperature management, while adjustable feet allow stable installation on uneven surfaces. The well accommodates four 1/3 GN pans, or a combination of three 1/3 GN and one 1/2 GN pan, offering flexible ingredient organisation for pizza prep, sandwich assembly, and similar applications.
