Supplied with the glass cover in kit form, the VRX1200 accommodates up to four GN 1/3 pans (or a combination of three GN 1/3 and one GN 1/2 pan, not included), giving kitchen teams flexible ingredient organisation during busy service periods. Static cooling with automatic defrost and a Dixell digital controller keep temperature management straightforward, while adjustable feet allow the unit to sit level on virtually any benchtop.
