How long does approval take?

Every claim is reviewed by a person before it goes live — we verify that you represent the business you're claiming. You'll see the status in your supplier portal.

Does paying change how my products rank?

No — never. Comparison tables are ordered by price only. Paid plans add profile features and clearly-labelled placements, but they cannot move a product up a comparison.

Can you show my wholesale prices?

No. Your wholesale pricing is commercially sensitive and is never shown publicly. Product figures on your profile use the same market prices buyers see everywhere on the site.
