The Woodson W.PIP200 is a Pro Series pie warmer holding up to 200 pies, combining fan-forced heat circulation with a humidity tray to keep product in optimal serving condition. Heat-resistant, high-impact internal oven lighting illuminates the display.
A thermostat holds product between 70°C and 80°C (product must be pre-heated above 65°C before display). Eight removable chrome wire shelves are supplied as standard and suit 18" baker trays, with individual illuminated power and light controls and a removable crumb tray. The unit runs on a 10A, 240V plug and lead.
