The Woodson W.CHD1000 is a 1000mm wide countertop ductless exhaust hood for commercial kitchens where ducted extraction is not required by the National Construction Code. Air is drawn up through multi-stage filters and returned to the workspace via front-facing louvres, removing grease and smoke to support indoor air quality.
From revision E onwards the unit satisfies NCC-2022 compliance through deemed-to-satisfy and performance solution pathways, and is tested and certified for Australia and New Zealand. It is certified for electrical cooking equipment including fryers up to 10kW and must not be used with gas or solid-fuel fired equipment.
