Woodson W.BMA24 2 Row 4 Bay Large Bain Marie
The Woodson W.BMA24 is a benchtop wet-operation bain marie with a 2 row, 4 bay layout, fitting gastronorm pans up to 100mm deep. Its air-insulated, double-skinned stainless steel tank delivers energy-efficient, even heat to keep a range of dishes at safe serving temperatures.
A thermostat regulates the tank between 70°C and 80°C with support from in-tank probes and a temperature gauge, while multiple elements distribute heat evenly. The unit runs on a 10A, 240V plug and lead.
