Winterhalter UF-M Utensil Large Pot Washer - 775 x 870 x 1720mm

Winterhalter UF-M Utensil Large Pot Washer 775 x 870 x 1720mm

The Winterhalter UF-M is a heavy-duty pass-through utensil and pot washer engineered for commercial kitchens that face extreme warewashing demands. Built in Germany and finished in stainless steel, it is ideally suited to bakers, butchers, caterers and any operation dealing with heavily soiled cookware, pots, trays and utensils that would challenge a standard dishwasher.

Powered by a 415V three-phase supply at 18.7kW, the UF-M combines a high-performance Variopower washing system with intelligent filtration and active energy management to deliver consistently hygienic results while keeping operating costs in check. The intuitive touchscreen interface, integrated chemical dosing pumps and ergonomic design features make it straightforward to operate even during the busiest service periods.
