The Williams LAZ5UC-HC Aztra is a compact, high-performance undercounter freezer designed for commercial kitchens where space is at a premium. With 131 litres of usable storage and full 1/1 gastronorm compatibility, the LAZ5UC-HC accommodates standard commercial trays and features adjustable 1/1 GN shelving with anti-tilt tray slides and a removable racking system for flexible organisation. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost, front venting, a self-closing door, and a CoolSmart electronic thermostat with a digital LED display combine to minimise operator intervention and keep running costs low.
