The JL4R features four heavy-duty drawers with reinforced nylon and stainless bushes, and accommodates two 1/1 GN pans at 100 mm depth (pans included), with the option to use a single 2/1 x 100 mm deep GN pan (not supplied). A CoolSmart electronic thermostat with digital LED display gives operators precise temperature control, while forced-air fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost ensure consistent performance throughout service.
