Williams HJ2PCBA Jade Pizza Prep Counter 2 Door

The Williams HJ2PCBA Jade Pizza Prep Counter is a purpose-built refrigerated preparation station designed for high-volume pizza and topping assembly in busy commercial kitchens. Constructed in Australia to Climate Class 4 (Tropical) standards, it features a self-contained refrigeration system using R134a refrigerant with fan-assisted cooling, maintaining a consistent +1°C to +4°C working temperature across a 710-litre capacity.

The unit combines a refrigerated base cabinet with two solid doors and a fully foamed, seamless stainless steel worktop that provides excellent thermal insulation and minimises condensation on external surfaces. Raised, ergonomically angled pots keep toppings easily accessible during service, while refrigerated blown air circulates over all pots to satisfy even the strictest food safety and health regulations. CoolSmart electronic thermostat control with a digital LED display ensures precise, reliable temperature management throughout the day.

Key Benefits

• Refrigerated blown air over all topping pots maintains food-safe temperatures at the prep surface, helping meet stringent health regulations.
• Ergonomically angled and raised pots reduce reach and speed up topping application during busy service periods.
• Fully foamed worktop and CFC-free polyurethane insulation minimise sweating on external surfaces, keeping the prep area dry and hygienic.
• Self-contained refrigeration with automatic defrost reduces maintenance demands and simplifies installation.
• CoolSmart electronic thermostat with digital LED display gives staff accurate, at-a-glance temperature monitoring.
• Fan-assisted cooling ensures even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet, protecting ingredient quality.
• Removable cassette design makes cleaning and servicing the refrigeration components straightforward.
• Low energy consumption of 1.69 kWh per 24 hours helps manage operating costs in commercial environments.
• Manufactured in Australia to Climate Class 4 (Tropical) rating, making it suitable for warm and demanding kitchen conditions.
