Williams GC2UGD Glass Chiller 2 Door

Williams GC2UGD Glass Chiller 2 Door Underbench Fridge

The Williams GC2UGD is an Australian designed and constructed underbench glass chiller engineered specifically to rapidly chill beer glasses for efficient bar service. Built to operate in ambient environments up to 43°C, this self-contained unit runs on R290 refrigerant with a fan-assisted forced air refrigeration system, maintaining a precise 0°C to 4°C temperature range ideal for glassware preparation.

Available in spring-loaded or shelf-loading configurations, the GC2UGD accommodates baskets measuring 355 mm x 355 mm or 355 mm x 431 mm and features self-closing triple-glazed doors for excellent thermal retention. Mounted on castors for manoeuvrability, it fits neatly under a bench to maximise floor space, and is managed via a CoolSmart digital controller with LED temperature display for straightforward operation.

Key Benefits

• Rapidly chills beer glasses ready for service, reducing wait times and improving bar efficiency during peak periods.
• Worktop-height underbench design adds dedicated cold storage directly on the service line without consuming additional floor space.
• Climate Class 4 rating ensures reliable performance in tropical and high-ambient environments up to 43°C.
• Self-closing triple-glazed doors minimise temperature fluctuation and reduce energy consumption whenever the unit is accessed.
• Fan-assisted forced air refrigeration delivers even, consistent cooling throughout the cabinet for uniform glass chilling.
• Automatic defrost eliminates manual maintenance tasks and keeps the unit operating at peak efficiency.
• CoolSmart digital controller with LED display gives staff precise, at-a-glance temperature monitoring and easy adjustment.
• Spring-loaded lifting mechanism or adjustable shelf options provide flexible loading to suit different glassware basket sizes and service styles.
• Low energy consumption of 1.5 kWh per 24 hours helps keep operating costs down in high-use commercial venues.
