Wexiodisk WD-PRM6 Passthrough Pre-Rinse Washer

The Wexiodisk WD-PRM6 is a passthrough pre-rinse washer built to sit at the front of a main rack conveyor dishwasher line, removing the need for manual pre-rinsing before wares enter the main machine. Spray action from both above and below each basket strips food residue more thoroughly than hand rinsing ever could, while overflow water recovered from the main dishwasher is recirculated through the unit and dosed with a modest quantity of detergent, keeping the wash water cleaner across the entire line and reducing fresh water draw, chemical consumption and energy use.

With a capacity of up to 120 baskets per hour, the WD-PRM6 matches the pace of a rack conveyor machine during peak service and allows shorter, more efficient wash programs to be run on the main unit. The wash tank holds 45 litres and is driven by a 0.9 kW wash pump, supported by a 9 kW booster heater. Insulated stainless steel construction maintains consistent operating temperatures, and the machine can be installed in-line or in a corner configuration to suit a wide range of dishroom layouts.
