The Wexiodisk WD-100GRT is a through-loaded commercial pot washer that uses patented granule technology to deliver exceptional cleaning results at very low operating cost. Items are washed in a mixture of water, plastic granules and detergent, which rapidly removes burnt-on food without the need for pre-soaking or scrubbing — only loose food particles need to be scraped off before loading. With a capacity of up to 90 x 1/1 GN containers per hour (including handling), the WD-100GRT is purpose-built for high-throughput commercial kitchens and catering operations.

Featuring six programmable wash cycles, a centrifugal spin cycle for fast drying, and a fast heat recovery system, the WD-100GRT balances cleaning performance with energy efficiency. The insulated design and automatic door contribute to a comfortable working environment, while the integrated HACCP function and WEB tool support food safety compliance and documentation. Feeding direction is configurable as right-to-left or left-to-right to suit the kitchen layout, and a full accessory kit is included to support ergonomic, high-volume workflow.
