Wega Pegaso 1GR

Wega Pegaso 1GR Single Group Electronic Espresso Machine

The Wega Pegaso 1GR is a compact single-group commercial espresso machine designed for cafes, restaurants and high-volume coffee service. At its core is a 2900W boiler with a 5-litre capacity, paired with a built-in rotary pump and an electronic microprocessor that governs all brewing operations for consistent, repeatable results across every cup.

Designed with practical service in mind, the Pegaso 1GR features a raised group head with 122mm of clearance to accommodate tall cups and takeaway travel mugs without awkward tilting. Four independently programmable volumetric doses per group, a manual continuous brewing button, two chromed steam wands, and an automatic water auto-fill and auto-level system give baristas both precision and flexibility during busy service periods. Available in Matt Black or White to suit a range of front-of-house aesthetics.

Key Benefits

• Four programmable volumetric doses per group allow baristas to dial in consistent shot volumes and reduce reliance on manual timing during peak service.
• Manual continuous brewing button gives experienced baristas direct override control for custom extractions beyond preset doses.
• Raised 122mm group head clearance means tall takeaway cups and reusable travel mugs fit under the group without adjustment, keeping service fast.
• Built-in rotary pump delivers stable, consistent brew pressure without the noise associated with vibration pumps, suitable for quieter service environments.
• Automatic water auto-fill and auto-level eliminates the need for manual top-ups, reducing downtime and the risk of running the boiler dry.
• Two chromed steam wands enable simultaneous milk texturing or the ability to serve back-to-back milk-based drinks efficiently.
• A single manual hot water tap provides quick access for Americanos, tea service and pre-warming cups.
• Compact single-group footprint suits smaller bench spaces without sacrificing commercial capability or output quality.
