Waldorf Bold SFLB8900-CD 900mm Solid Fuel Grill Low Back Cabinet Base with Doors

The Waldorf Bold SFLB8900-CD is a 900mm solid fuel grill designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments where authentic, high-heat chargrilling is essential. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit features a heavy-duty fire box lined with 50mm thick refractory bricks that retain and radiate intense, consistent heat across heavy-duty stainless steel rod grates, delivering the char and flavour profile that charcoal and solid fuel cooking is prized for.

Finished in a low back configuration with a cabinet base and doors, the SFLB8900-CD sits neatly within the fully modular Waldorf Bold suite, allowing operators to build a cohesive, matched cooking line. An open fire box design makes cleaning straightforward during service, while adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability on uneven kitchen floors. An optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit expands versatility for holding or indirect cooking applications.
