Waldorf SFL8120-CB Solid Fuel Grill Low Back Version

Waldorf 800 Series SFL8120-CB Solid Fuel Chargrill 1200mm Low Back Cabinet Base

The SFL8120-CB is a 1200mm wide solid fuel chargrill from the Waldorf 800 Series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens that require authentic chargrilled results and consistent, reliable heat. At its core is a 50mm thick refractory brick lined fire box paired with heavy-duty stainless steel rod grates, delivering the intense radiant heat that defines solid fuel cooking while standing up to the rigours of continuous professional use.

Configured with a low back profile and an enclosed cabinet base, this unit offers practical under-bench storage while maintaining a streamlined footprint within a busy kitchen. The fully modular design is available across three width configurations, making it straightforward to build a matched, cohesive cooking suite. An open fire box layout further simplifies ash removal and cleaning, keeping downtime to a minimum during service.
