Waldorf SFB8900-CD Solid Fuel Grill Splashback Version

Waldorf Bold SFB8900-CD 900mm Solid Fuel Chargrill Splashback Version with Cabinet Base and Doors

The SFB8900-CD is a 900mm solid fuel chargrill from the Waldorf Bold range, purpose-built to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens seeking authentic open-fire cooking results. Constructed with a 50mm thick refractory brick lined fire box, heavy-duty stainless steel rod grates, and an enamelled control panel, the unit is enclosed in a robust stainless steel exterior and includes a 215mm splashback for wall protection. The CD designation confirms this model comes with a cabinet base fitted with doors, offering secure, enclosed storage directly beneath the cooking surface.

Forming part of the fully modular Waldorf Bold suite, this chargrill integrates seamlessly with other range components to create a cohesive kitchen layout. The open fire box design keeps routine cleaning and ash removal simple, while an optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit adds versatility for standard gastronorm trays. Stable, level installation is achieved through adjustable feet mounted on 63mm diameter stainless steel legs constructed from 1.2mm gauge material, and the unit is covered by a 24-month parts and labour warranty.
