Waldorf SFB8600-CD Solid Fuel Grill Splashback Version

Waldorf Bold SFB8600-CD Solid Fuel Chargrill 600mm – 215mm Splashback, Cabinet Base with Doors

The Waldorf Bold SFB8600-CD is a 600mm wide solid fuel chargrill engineered for the rigorous pace of commercial kitchen operations. At its core sits a fire box lined with 50mm thick refractory brick, which retains and radiates intense heat evenly across the cooking surface, while robust stainless steel rod grates and an enamelled control panel ensure the unit performs reliably under sustained high-temperature solid fuel conditions. This model is supplied in the 215mm splashback configuration and incorporates a cabinet base fitted with doors.

Designed as part of the fully modular Waldorf Bold suite, the SFB8600-CD pairs seamlessly with complementary suite equipment to create a cohesive kitchen line-up. The open fire box layout promotes straightforward ash and residue removal, the stainless steel exterior supports long-term hygiene and corrosion resistance, and the enclosed cabinet base keeps fuel or ancillary supplies neatly stored and accessible. A 24-month parts and labour warranty is included with every unit.

Key Benefits

• The 50mm thick refractory brick lining within the fire box holds and radiates intense, even heat, delivering consistent chargrill results across the entire cooking surface.
• An open fire box configuration makes ash and residue removal quick and uncomplicated, cutting cleaning downtime between services.
• Fully modular construction allows the unit to align and integrate with other equipment across the Waldorf Bold suite, supporting a uniform kitchen layout.
• The cabinet base with doors provides enclosed under-counter storage, keeping fuel or ancillary items immediately at hand yet out of sight.
• Stainless steel rod grates are built to withstand the extreme temperatures produced by solid fuel operation and are constructed for an extended service life.
• An optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit broadens versatility by enabling indirect cooking, warming or holding within the same unit.
• The 63mm diameter stainless steel legs, formed from 1.2mm material and fitted with adjustable feet, allow precise levelling on uneven or tiled floors.
