Waldorf RNLB8619GEC Bold - 900mm Gas Range Electric Convection Oven Low Back Version

Waldorf Bold RNLB8619GEC 900mm Gas Range Electric Convection Oven Low Back Version

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8619GEC is a 900mm wide gas cooktop range paired with a 2/1 GN electric convection oven in a low back configuration, purpose-built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. The cooktop features three 20MJ/hr griddle burners across the full 900mm griddle surface, while the fan-forced electric convection oven below delivers consistent, even heat distribution throughout the cavity.

Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel finish and vitreous enamel-lined oven interior, the RNLB8619GEC is designed for straightforward cleaning, installation and servicing. Flame failure protection on all burners, reinforced control knobs, and a cool touch door handle contribute to safer daily operation, while adjustable feet and two additional rollers allow flexible positioning on the kitchen floor. The unit is finished in black as standard, with additional colour options available.

Key Benefits

• Fan-forced convection heat circulates evenly throughout the 2/1 GN oven cavity, supporting consistent baking and roasting results across multiple trays simultaneously.
• Three 20MJ/hr griddle burners deliver powerful, responsive heat across the full 900mm griddle surface, keeping up with high-volume cooking demands during peak service.
• Flame failure protection on every burner automatically cuts gas supply if a flame is extinguished, reducing safety risk in busy kitchen environments.
• Vitreous enamel oven lining and vitreous enamel pot stands resist staining and simplify post-service cleaning, minimising downtime between shifts.
• Adjustable feet combined with two integrated rollers make it straightforward to level and reposition the unit during installation or routine kitchen reconfiguration.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs and a welded drop-down oven door frame are built to withstand the repeated use typical of commercial kitchen operations.
• The low back design suits installations where overhead clearance or rangehood configurations require a reduced overall height profile.
• Available in multiple colour options beyond the standard black finish, allowing the unit to complement varied kitchen aesthetics or brand requirements.
