The Waldorf Bold RNLB8619EC is a 900mm wide electric range in the low back configuration, pairing a heavy-duty 12mm mild steel griddle cooktop with a GN 2/1 fan-forced convection oven. Constructed on a galvanised steel chassis with 304 stainless steel throughout, it is engineered to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries and catering venues where consistent performance and ease of cleaning are essential.

The fully welded vitreous enamelled oven cavity is heated by 6.5kW elements, with a 100W motor driving a 200mm diameter circulation fan to deliver even heat distribution across all rack positions. The griddle section houses three 3.6kW elements offering six temperature settings plus a simmer setting, and while griddle sections are supplied as standard on the right-hand side, left-hand side and centre configurations are available to order or by conversion. Optional hot plate elements and alternative colour finishes are also available as part of the broader Waldorf Bold modular cooking suite.
