Safety and serviceability are built in throughout: every burner carries flame failure protection, the cast iron burners are removable for cleaning, the pot stands are finished in vitreous enamel, the oven cavity features a welded vitreous enamel lining, and the drop-down oven door incorporates a welded frame and cool-touch stainless steel handle.
