Waldorf Bold RNLB8100G-LS 900mm Gas Target Top Low Back Version – Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold RNLB8100G-LS is a 900mm gas target top unit mounted on a leg stand, purpose-built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Constructed in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it delivers concentrated, high-output heat through a 45MJ/hr dual ring cast iron burner, making it ideal for wok cooking, stock reduction, and any task requiring intense, focused flame.

Designed for straightforward daily operation, the unit features flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner for consistent ignition and added safety. The low back configuration suits venues where ventilation clearances or sightlines are a consideration, while adjustable feet and two additional rollers make positioning and levelling on the kitchen floor simple and flexible. The default finish is black, with additional colour options available to suit individual kitchen fit-outs.
