The Waldorf RNL8910GC is a 900mm wide gas range convection oven from the respected 800 Series, built in New Zealand for the rigours of high-volume commercial kitchens. It combines a four-burner open cooktop with a 2/1 GN gas convection oven in a low back configuration, finished throughout in heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and sized to fit tightly into professional kitchen lines.

The convection oven uses a heavy-duty motor and circulation fan to reduce cooking times and allow food to be cooked at lower temperatures than conventional ovens, while cast iron sole plates deliver consistent, even heat distribution across the oven floor.
