Waldorf RNL8810GC 800 Series - 1200mm Gas Range Convection Oven Low Back Version

Waldorf RNL8810GC 800 Series 1200mm Gas Range Convection Oven Low Back Version

The Waldorf RNL8810GC is a 1200mm wide, eight-burner gas range from the Waldorf 800 Series, combining a high-output cooktop with a 2/1 GN gas convection oven in a single heavy-duty stainless steel unit. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it is engineered to handle the sustained demands of busy commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and catering operations, with a low back profile suited to installations requiring a reduced height footprint.

The cooktop delivers 224MJ/h total output across eight patented 28MJ/h open burners fitted with flame failure protection and removable cast iron burners over vitreous enamel pot stands. Below, the convection oven uses a heavy-duty motor and circulation fan to reduce cooking times and allow lower operating temperatures, while cast iron sole plates promote even heat distribution throughout the cavity. A right-hand storage cabinet, adjustable feet, and two rollers add further practicality to this self-contained cooking suite.

Key Benefits

• Fan-forced convection circulates heat evenly throughout the oven cavity, enabling consistent baking, roasting and reheating results across all four shelves simultaneously.
• Heavy-duty motors and circulation fans reduce overall cooking times and allow food to be cooked at lower temperatures, saving energy during peak service.
• Eight high-output 28MJ/h open burners deliver rapid response and precise heat control across the full width of the cooktop, supporting multiple cooking tasks at once.
• Flame failure protection on every burner automatically cuts gas supply if a flame is extinguished, providing a critical safety safeguard in a busy kitchen environment.
• Vitreous enamel oven lining and welded interior construction make the oven cavity straightforward to wipe down, reducing cleaning time between services.
• Removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands can be lifted out easily for thorough cleaning and routine maintenance without specialist tools.
• Adjustable feet combined with two additional rollers allow the unit to be levelled accurately on uneven floors and repositioned for cleaning or servicing with minimal effort.
• The right-hand storage cabinet provides convenient on-hand storage for trays, utensils or dry goods directly at the point of use.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG supplies via a standard 3/4 BSP male connection, giving flexibility across different site configurations.
