Waldorf RNL8810G 800 Series - 1200mm Gas Range Static Oven Low Back Version

Waldorf RNL8810G 800 Series 1200mm Gas Range Static Oven Low Back Version

The Waldorf RNL8810G is a heavy-duty 1200mm commercial gas range from the respected 800 Series, combining an eight-burner cooktop with a 2/1 GN gas static oven in a single, low back configuration. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and built in New Zealand, it is engineered for the sustained demands of busy commercial kitchens, delivering consistent heat across both the cooktop and a thermostatically controlled oven with a temperature range of 150 to 300°C.

Designed with practical serviceability in mind, the RNL8810G features removable cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands, a welded and vitreous enamel-lined oven cavity, and a storage cabinet on the right-hand side. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make repositioning straightforward, while flame failure protection on all burners ensures a safe working environment for kitchen staff.

Key Benefits

• Eight open burners at 28 MJ/hr each deliver a total cooktop output of 224 MJ/hr, providing ample heat capacity for high-volume cooking across multiple pans simultaneously.
• The 2/1 GN gas static oven with thermostatic control between 150 and 300°C ensures even, reliable heat for baking, roasting and braising at consistent results.
• Flame failure protection on every burner automatically cuts gas supply if a flame extinguishes, reducing the risk of gas accumulation and improving kitchen safety.
• Removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands simplify cleaning and maintenance, reducing downtime during busy service periods.
• The welded, vitreous enamel-lined oven cavity resists staining and is straightforward to wipe down, keeping hygiene standards high with minimal effort.
• A storage cabinet on the right-hand side keeps essential equipment within arm's reach, improving workflow efficiency without consuming additional floor space.
• Adjustable feet combined with two additional rollers allow easy levelling on uneven floors and straightforward repositioning for cleaning or kitchen reconfiguration.
• The cool touch stainless steel door handle and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand constant daily use while remaining comfortable and safe to operate.
• Compatibility with both natural gas and LPG via a 3/4 BSP male connection gives flexibility for different site configurations across a range of commercial venues.
