Waldorf RNB8613G Bold - 900mm Gas Range Static Oven

Waldorf RNB8613G Bold 900mm Gas Range Static Oven

The Waldorf RNB8613G is part of the Waldorf Bold Series, a 900mm wide commercial gas range combining a four-burner cooktop with a 300mm griddle over a 2/1 GN gas static oven. Designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens, it delivers high-output cooking performance across the cooktop and oven simultaneously, with four patented 28MJ/hr open burners and a dedicated 20MJ/hr griddle burner providing serious cooking power.

Built to last in professional kitchen environments, the RNB8613G features heavy-duty stainless steel construction with vitreous enamel oven lining, cast iron burner components and reinforced controls throughout. Thoughtful design details including adjustable feet, two rollers, a drop-down oven door and removable components make day-to-day cleaning, repositioning and servicing straightforward. The default finish is black, with additional colour options available to suit individual kitchen fit-outs.

Key Benefits

• Four high-output 28MJ/hr open burners deliver rapid heat response across a wide cooktop surface, supporting simultaneous multi-pot cooking during peak service.

• A 2/1 GN capacity static oven provides generous, even heat for roasting and baking at commercial volumes, accommodating full-size gastronorm trays.
• Flame failure protection on every burner automatically cuts gas supply if a flame is extinguished, improving kitchen safety during high-volume service.
