Waldorf RNB8110GEC Bold - 900mm Gas Target Top Electric Convection Oven Range

Waldorf RNB8110GEC Bold 900mm Gas Target Top Electric Convection Oven Range

The Waldorf RNB8110GEC is a 900mm wide commercial range from the Waldorf Bold series, combining a gas target top with a full-size 2/1 GN electric convection oven. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it is engineered for the rigours of high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, and catering operations requiring consistent, reliable output across both cooking zones.

The upper cooking surface features a 45MJ/hr dual ring cast iron burner with flame failure protection and a continuous pilot, while the lower electric convection oven delivers fan-forced, even heat distribution across multiple trays for consistent baking and roasting results. The unit ships in black as its default finish, with additional colour options available to suit front-of-house or branded kitchen environments.

Key Benefits

• Fan-forced convection oven ensures even heat distribution across all trays, reducing hot spots and delivering consistent baking and roasting results batch after batch.
• 2/1 GN oven capacity supports large-scale batch cooking, maximising throughput during peak service periods.
• Flame failure protection on the gas target top automatically cuts gas flow if the flame extinguishes, improving kitchen safety.
• Vitreous enamel-lined oven interior resists staining and makes cleaning faster and more thorough between services.
• Cool touch stainless steel door handle and drop-down door with welded frame allow safe, easy access to the oven cavity during operation.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make levelling and repositioning straightforward during installation or kitchen reconfiguration.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the demanding pace of commercial use, reducing the risk of wear-related failures.
• Available in multiple colours beyond the default black, giving operators flexibility to match kitchen aesthetics or brand specifications.
