Waldorf RNB8104E-B Bold - 900mm Electric Solid Top - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold RNB8104E-B 900mm Electric Solid Top Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold RNB8104E-B is a 900mm electric solid top bench model designed for high-output commercial kitchens that demand consistent, controllable heat across a large cooking surface. At the core of the unit is a 16mm thick 16Mo3 chrome molybdenum steel plate delivering 10.8kW of total power across a 750mm x 570mm cooking area, giving chefs a robust, even-heating surface capable of handling sustained heavy use.

Divided into four independent heating zones, each rated at 2.7kW and operated by its own six-position switch with a dedicated power indicator light, the solid top offers precise section-by-section temperature control to suit varied cooking tasks simultaneously. Four heavy-duty 63mm diameter stainless steel legs provide a stable bench-height platform, and the fully modular construction makes routine cleaning and servicing straightforward in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Benefits

• Four independent 2.7kW heating zones allow different cooking temperatures across the same surface, reducing the need for multiple pieces of equipment.
• A total output of 10.8kW across a 750mm x 570mm plate means large volumes of food can be cooked or held simultaneously during peak service.
• The 16mm thick 16Mo3 chrome moly steel plate retains and distributes heat evenly, minimising hot spots and delivering consistent cooking results.
• Six-position switches with individual power indicator lights give chefs quick visual confirmation of which zones are active, supporting safer and more efficient operation.
• Heat-resistant reinforced control knobs remain safe and comfortable to operate even during prolonged high-temperature use.
• Fully modular design simplifies integration into existing Waldorf Bold suite configurations and allows straightforward access for cleaning and servicing.
• Four 63mm diameter heavy-duty stainless steel legs provide a stable, hard-wearing base suited to the rigours of a commercial kitchen floor.
