Waldorf RN8820G 800 Series - 1200mm Gas Range Static Oven

Waldorf RN8820G 800 Series 1200mm Gas Range Static Oven – 8 Burner Double Gas Static Oven

The Waldorf RN8820G is a heavy-duty 1200mm commercial gas range from the renowned 800 Series, combining an 8-burner open cooktop with two 1/1 GN gas static ovens. Each of the eight open burners delivers 28MJ/hr for a total cooktop output suited to high-volume service, while the twin static ovens operate across a thermostatic range of 150–300°C, making this unit equally at home roasting, baking or holding in a busy commercial kitchen. Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, the RN8820G is built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel and carries a 24-month warranty.

Engineered for ease of use and minimal downtime, the RN8820G features flame failure protection on every burner, removable cast iron burners with vitreous enamel pot stands, and a welded oven cavity lined with vitreous enamel for straightforward cleaning. A cool-touch stainless steel door handle, drop-down oven door with welded frame, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet and two additional rollers complete a design built for the practical demands of daily commercial operation.

Key Benefits

• Eight 28MJ/hr open burners deliver high-output stovetop performance, supporting simultaneous cooking across multiple pots and pans during peak service.
• Twin 1/1 GN gas static ovens provide generous oven capacity, enabling large-batch roasting or baking alongside continuous cooktop use.
• Flame failure protection on all burners shuts off gas flow automatically if a flame is extinguished, improving safety in busy kitchen environments.
• Vitreous enamel oven lining and pot stands resist staining and are straightforward to wipe clean, reducing labour between services.
• Compatibility with both natural gas and LPG offers flexibility for a wide range of kitchen installation scenarios.
• Adjustable feet and two integrated rollers simplify levelling on uneven floors and make repositioning or cleaning behind the unit easier.
• Removable cast iron burners allow quick access for cleaning or replacement without specialist tools, keeping the unit in service longer.
• Cool-touch stainless steel door handle and drop-down door design reduce the risk of burns and allow safe, single-handed oven access during service.
• 304 stainless steel construction throughout delivers lasting durability and resistance to the corrosive conditions typical of commercial kitchens.
