Waldorf GPB8121GE Bold - 1200mm Gas Griddle Electric Static Oven Range

Waldorf Bold GPB8121GE 1200mm Gas Griddle Electric Static Oven Range

The Waldorf Bold GPB8121GE is a heavy-duty 1200mm wide commercial range combining a 900mm smooth gas griddle with an 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system and a 2/1 GN electric static oven, making it a versatile centrepiece for high-volume commercial kitchens. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it is built to withstand the demands of continuous daily service across restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens.

The griddle features a robust 20mm thick plate with top weld sealed construction for even heat distribution and long-term durability, while the electric static oven delivers consistent baking and roasting performance across a 150–300°C temperature range. The unit ships in black as the default colour with additional colour options available, and can be configured with an optional ribbed or chrome mirror griddle plate to suit different cooking requirements.

Key Benefits

• The 20mm thick griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and delivering consistent searing, frying and toasting results across the full cooking surface.
• An 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system gives operators precise temperature control over the griddle, reducing fuel waste and improving cooking repeatability during busy service periods.
• The 2/1 GN electric static oven provides generous capacity for simultaneous batch baking or roasting, supporting high-volume output without the need for a separate oven unit.
• Push-button piezo ignition allows fast, tool-free lighting of the griddle burners, minimising downtime at the start of service.
• Top weld sealed griddle plates prevent grease and food debris from penetrating joints, making the cooking surface far easier to clean and maintain hygienically.
• A dedicated stainless steel grease drawer captures run-off cleanly beneath the griddle, simplifying end-of-service cleaning and reducing the risk of grease build-up causing flare-ups.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers allow the unit to be levelled precisely on uneven floors and repositioned without heavy lifting, streamlining installation and periodic servicing.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs are designed to withstand the rigours of constant commercial use, reducing wear and the likelihood of control failures over the unit's service life.
• Optional ribbed or chrome mirror griddle plate configurations allow the range to be tailored for specific menu requirements, from char-marked grilling to delicate flat-top cooking.
