The Waldorf CS8450E is a 450mm electric chip scuttle from the heavy-duty 800 Series, designed to hold and continue warming freshly fried chips after they leave the fryer. Powered by a 1.0kW infrared ceramic heater with a simple on/off switch, it keeps product at serving temperature without overcooking, making it an essential companion unit positioned directly alongside a commercial deep fryer.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, the CS8450E features bull nose welded 1.5mm stainless steel framing, 1.2mm stainless steel splashback and side panels, and a vitreous enamel finish to the front panels. The fully modular design integrates seamlessly into the Waldorf 800 Series lineup, and 150mm adjustable feet on 63mm diameter heavy-duty stainless steel legs allow levelling on any commercial kitchen floor.
