The Waldorf CHL8900G-LS is a 900mm wide gas chargrill from the 800 Series, mounted on a leg stand and designed for high-volume commercial kitchen use. Three 304 stainless steel U-burners deliver a combined output of 99 MJ/hr (27.8 kW), providing even, intense heat across a cast iron grate surface capable of producing authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables.
