The Waldorf Bold CHB8900G-LS is a 900mm wide commercial gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, designed to deliver consistent, high-output performance in demanding commercial kitchens. Engineered in New Zealand as part of the Waldorf Bold range, this unit prioritises ease of cleaning, servicing and safe daily operation. Reversible heavy-duty top grates sit in an inclined position with a flare-reducing fin design that channels grease forward into a front collection channel, minimising flare-ups and keeping the cook surface clean. Full pilot and flame failure protection is fitted to each individual burner, and all key components including radiants, burners and grease tray baffles lift out for fast, thorough cleaning. The default colour is black, with additional colour options available to suit fit-out requirements.
