Waldorf CHB8600G-B Bold - 600mm Gas Chargrill - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold CHB8600G-B 600mm Gas Chargrill - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold CHB8600G-B is a 600mm wide bench model gas chargrill built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with two 33 MJ/hr U-burners delivering a combined output of 66 MJ/hr (18.3 kW), it produces authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables with consistent, even heat across the entire grill surface.

Designed with operator convenience in mind, the CHB8600G-B features reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates, an inclined cooking surface to reduce flare-ups and channel grease away efficiently, and flame failure protection via a continuous pilot burner for safe operation. Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, it ships in a default black finish with additional colour options available to suit your kitchen's aesthetic.

Key Benefits

• Inclined grate position channels grease away from burners, significantly reducing flare-ups and improving cook consistency

• Reversible cast iron grates provide two cooking surfaces in one, extending the usable life of each grate and offering flexibility for different menu items
• Lift-out grates, radiants and baffles simplify end-of-service cleaning and routine maintenance without tools
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the demands of a busy commercial environment and provide precise variable high-low temperature control
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, making it straightforward to install across a range of kitchen configurations
