Waldorf CHB8300G-B Bold - 300mm Gas Chargrill - Bench Model

Waldorf CHB8300G-B Bold 300mm Gas Chargrill - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold CHB8300G-B is a compact 300mm bench-model gas chargrill engineered for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it delivers 33 MJ/hr through a single U-burner with variable high-low temperature control, producing authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables with consistent, high heat across the grill surface.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, this chargrill features a thoughtfully inclined cooking surface to reduce flare-ups and channel grease away efficiently. Its reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates, lift-out radiants and baffles, and robust reinforced control knobs make it straightforward to clean, service and maintain during busy service periods. Available in black as standard with additional colour options to suit kitchen fit-outs.

Key Benefits

• Inclined grate position actively reduces flare-ups and directs grease run-off away from the flame, improving food quality and safety during high-volume service.
• Reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates extend the useful life of the cooking surface and provide flexibility for different grilling applications.
• Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner enhances operational safety by cutting gas flow if the flame is extinguished unexpectedly.
• Lift-out grates, radiants and baffles simplify end-of-service cleaning, reducing labour time and supporting food safety compliance.
• Compact 300mm width makes the unit ideal for tight bench spaces or as a supplementary cooking station without sacrificing output.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG via a 3/4 BSP male connection, offering flexible installation across a wide range of commercial sites.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use, reducing wear and maintenance costs over time.
• Part of the Waldorf Bold range, available in multiple colours to integrate seamlessly with custom kitchen aesthetics.
