Waldorf CHB8120G-CD Bold - 1200mm Gas Chargrill - Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold CHB8120G-CD 1200mm Gas Chargrill with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold CHB8120G-CD is a heavy-duty 1200mm gas chargrill mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by four stainless steel burners delivering a combined output of 133MJ/h (36.9kW), it provides intense, even heat across the full grilling surface to produce consistent char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables during peak service periods.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, this chargrill is designed with operator convenience in mind. Features such as lift-out radiants, burners and grease tray baffles, along with a front grease collection channel and flare-reducing grate fin design, make daily cleaning straightforward. Available in the default black finish or with custom colour options, the CHB8120G-CD suits both natural gas and LPG connections via a 3/4" BSP male fitting.

Key Benefits

• Four independently controlled burners allow precise zone management, so you can run different heat levels across the grill surface simultaneously to handle varied menu items at once.
• Flare-reducing grate fin design directs excess grease away from the flame and into a front collection channel, reducing flare-ups and improving food quality and safety.
• Full pilot and flame failure protection on every burner provides a critical safety safeguard, automatically cutting gas if a flame is extinguished.
• Reversible heavy-duty cast iron top grates extend service life and allow you to switch between grill configurations to suit different proteins or presentation requirements.
• Lift-out radiants, burners and grease tray baffles make end-of-service cleaning and routine maintenance faster, reducing labour time and keeping the unit hygienic.
• Heavy-duty, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs are built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen environment, providing reliable and comfortable operation during long service periods.
• Cabinet base provides enclosed under-bench storage, making efficient use of the footprint beneath the cooking surface.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, giving flexibility for installation across a wide range of commercial kitchen setups.
